Tawab Danish 

Mr. Tawab Danish is a legal scholar and educator from Bagram District, Parwan Province, Afghanistan. He holds a law degree from Albironi University (2007), a master’s in Public Administration and Political Science from Pune University, India (2011), and an LL.M. from the University of Washington School of Law (2019).

In 2013, he was appointed Assistant Professor at Parwan University’s Faculty of Law and Political Science, later serving as Vice-Dean and Dean. His teaching focused on Constitutional Law, Public International Law, and Human Rights. In 2019, he was appointed Senior Advisor to the Speaker of the Afghan House of Representatives for International Affairs.

Mr. Danish also founded Bagram Bastan Private High School in 2014, educating over 1,000 students. Following the political transition in Afghanistan, he relocated to the U.S. and currently serves as a Visiting Scholar at Cornell Law School, where he has published several articles in English and Farsi. His work reflects a deep commitment to justice, education, and human rights.
